Having trouble getting around the site?

On the left half of your screen is a tool bar that will remain there with every page. Use the buttons to navigate around the site to your desired location, then click on the link (underlined item) and it will take you to a product page in the right part of your screen. For your security we will ask for your personal ID and password when you check out and place an order with us.Your browser will switch to secure mode (indicated by a message) and cannot be viewed by any other users, .

Having trouble finding a certain product?

If you need a part and cannot seem to find it on the site, please click here to e-mail us.Please also list as much detail about the product you can (model numbers, brand name,colour, which instrument it is for, etc...) and we will try help you find what you seek.

Having trouble finding which part is right for you?

If your not sure which part is right for you, please click here and e-mail our tech. Please be as descriptive as possible, (what you need, what instrument its for) anything you can type about it, please go ahead and list it. Too much information will only help us help you.
