- Returns Procedure
All items must be sent via UPS, FedEx, U.S. Mail, or other delivery service that offers package tracking. All items must be returned freight prepaid. No COD's will be accepted. All items must be unused in "new" condition, in original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or a partial credit being issued. Defective items may be returned for a "same item" replacement/exchange only. If the same item is not available, we will issue a refund. To return an item please e-mail a request for return merchandise authorization and reason for return. All freight is paid by customer. Refunds are for product only. All Dguitarparts.com orders should be placed online. This is to provide you with the BEST possible service and safety!
- Availability
Dguitarparts.com is a catalogue site and although we carry a large inventory of parts, not everything listed is in stock. We will e-mail you within 24 hours of your order as to the availability and shipping time of parts. In most instances items will be shipped the following business day. If we cannot ship complete we will e-mail details and await your reply.
- Pricing and Specifications
Dguitarparts.com is committed to providing you with the most accurate, up-to-the-minute product information. However, please recognize that sometimes, product specifications and/or images are changed or the information is mis-communicated. If you purchase a product based upon specifications or information that was wrong, you may return the product for a refund. (See our Returns Procedure for complete details.) - U.S. and International Shipping and Sales or VAT Tax
We will collect applicable State sales tax only if the product SHIPS TO Texas. You will see this charge on your invoice total. If the product SHIPS TO a country OUTSIDE the USA, we will NOT charge you for any applicable import tax, customs duty, or VAT charges. Any additional charges (if required by YOUR country) will be collected by UPS when the product is delivered. To determine what these charges will be, you should contact either your local government or your local UPS office. We are required by U.S. Law to declare an accurate monetary value on all shipments.

$5.95 flat shipping rate is available to continental United States ONLY.
When your order is received, Dguitarparts.com will ship your order out typically within 24 business hours. We use two shipping methods within the USA - UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS). Typical Delivery Times are as follows: UPS Ground Service: 5-10 business days. Parcel Post: 5-10 business days. If you would like faster shipping please e-mail request with order. UPS 2nd (Red): 2 days guaranteed. Not available to all locations. Priority Mail: 2-3 days guaranteed. Not available to all locations. For product shipped from our U.S. Warehouse to countries outside the U.S., certain restrictions apply. In general, if the shipment does not have to travel by air, ground service is often available. If the shipment has to travel by air, then only UPS 2nd day or Priority Mail is typically available. Product damaged in shipment may be returned to us for replacement or refund. See our Returns Procedure for details.
